Dalam pesta paskah, Gereja Katolik melihat dan merayakan salib Kristus sebagai bukti kerelaan Allah Putera yang menderita bagi keselamatan umat manusia. Pusat dari salib itu adalah Yesus Kristus, Allah Putera yang menyatakan pada salib-Nya sebuah kekuatan pengampunan yang maharahim dan tak terbatas. Kasih yang Dia terima dari Bapa adalah kasih yang sama yang Dia pancarkan kepada seluruh umat manusia dan dalam kasihnya itu, kita semua ditebus dan diselamatkan. Dia yang telah mengalami kematian itu hingga mati di kayu salib. (Yoh, 19 : 30)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
KematianNya adalah puncak dari karya keselamatan Allah yang memberi diri sampai sehabis-habisnya. Dalam Gereja, dalam doa pengkuan iman (Aku Percaya), kita menekankan hal ini bahwa Kristus itu benar-benar mati di kayu salib di bukit golgata; Ia disalibkan, mati dan dikuburkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kristus sudah mengorbankan dirinya akibat ulah dosa manusia, dalam hal inilah Yesus Kristus datang sebagai seorang utusan Allah Bapa menjadi juru selamat dunia ini (1Yoh 4 : 4). Jurang pemisah antara Allah dan manusia akibat dosa oleh kematianNya di kayu salib telah diselesaikan, salib menjadi jembatan perdamaian. Persekutuan yang rusak akibat dosa oleh salib telah dipulihkan kembali. Salib kristus itu adalah suatu tanda hidup kekristenan dimana manusia telah diperdamaikan dengan Allah, dibenarkan dan ditebus oleh Allah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Paling kurang dalam Salib, kita menemukan pendamaian, pembenaran dan penebusan. Kita bisa berdamai dengan Allah bukan terutama karena kita layak didamaikan dengan Allah tetapi karena korban Kristus yang membuat kita layak berdamai dengan Allah. Dalam Kristus, Allah memperdamaikan dunia kepada dirinya sendiri. Hubungan yang telah putus asa karena dosa dijalin kembali. Pendamaian dari Allah dalam Yesus Kristus berlaku untuk seluruh dunia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Salib juga membawa pembenaran. Manusia yang jatuh didalam dosa (Kej 3:1-7) seharusnya akan jatuh ke dalam jurang kematian. Alasannya karena upah dosa itu adalah maut (Roma 6:23). akan tetapi Allah didalam janjiNya memberikan keselamatan atas manusia yang digenapi melalui Yesus Kristus melalui pembenaranNya melalui anugerah dan kasih Allah sendiri (Roma 3:24). Dalam ajaran yang oleh rasul Paulus tentang penebusan adalah betul-betul suatu jalan untuk menegaskan kebenaran daripada Yesus dimana keselamatan adalah suatu akibat atau hasil bukan dengan melakukan suatu pahala, melainkan yang keluar dari kebenaran Allah yang membawa keselamatan kepada orang berdosa. Manusia dibenarkan di dalam Yesus Kristus karena iman dan percaya. Iman dan kepercayaan yang benar pada Kristus membantu manusia untuk hidup benar dan jujur di hadapan Allah. Pembenaran dan penebusan adalah yang diberikan oleh Allah sendiri. Berserah kepada Allah di dalam Yesus Kristus membuat manusia hidup secara penuh dan total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dalam Salib juga ada penebusan. Penebusan berarti lepas dari belenggu, bebas dari perhambaan, melunasi kembali apa yang telah dijual dengan barang atau uang tebusan. Penebusan artinya ada pembebasan orang tawanan dalam perang, pembayaran uang tebusan untuk mengeluarkan hamba dari penjara. Allah memberikan kepada kita Kristus supaya kita semua percaya sepenuhnya pada kasih-Nya yang hanya kita temukan dalam Kristus, kurban sejati yang membawa pembenaran, pembebasan dan penebusan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kita semua sudah ditebus dan dibebaskan dengan darah Kristus yang mahal, dengan nyawanya yang mulia. Kristus menebus kita secara mulia. Semoga kita juga memuliakan dia dengan cara hidup kita yang mulia dan setia pada Salib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la fiesta de Pascua, la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica ve y celebra la cruz de Cristo como evidencia de la voluntad del Hijo de Dios que sufri\u00f3 por la salvaci\u00f3n de la humanidad. El centro de la cruz es Jesucristo, el Hijo de Dios que declara en su cruz un gran e ilimitado poder de perd\u00f3n. El amor que recibe del Padre es el mismo amor que irradia a toda la humanidad. en ese amor, todos somos redimidos y salvados. El que muri\u00f3 tr\u00e1gicamente pada poder salvar y abrazar a todos. Su muerte fue la culminaci\u00f3n de la obra de salvaci\u00f3n de Dios que se entreg\u00f3 al m\u00e1ximo. En la Iglesia, en la oraci\u00f3n de Credo, enfatizamos esto de que Cristo realmente muri\u00f3 en la cruz en la colina de G\u00f3lgota; Fue crucificado, muerto y sepultado. Cristo se sacrific\u00f3 a s\u00ed mismo como resultado del pecado humano, en este caso Jesucristo vino como mensajero de Dios, el Padre se convirti\u00f3 en el salvador de este mundo (1 Juan 4: 4). La brecha entre Dios y el hombre como resultado del pecado por Su muerte en la cruz se complet\u00f3, la cruz se convirti\u00f3 en el puente de la paz. La comuni\u00f3n da\u00f1ada por el pecado por la cruz ha sido restaurada. La cruz de Cristo es un signo vivo del cristianismo donde los humanos se han reconciliado con Dios, justificados y redimidos por Dios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Al menos en la Cruz, encontramos reconciliaci\u00f3n, justificaci\u00f3n y redenci\u00f3n. Podemos hacer la paz con Dios no principalmente porque merecemos estar reconciliados con Dios, sino por el sacrificio de Cristo que nos hace dignos de tener y vivir la paz con Dios. En Cristo, Dios reconcilia al mundo consigo mismo. Las relaciones que han sido desalentadas por causa del pecado se retoman. La expiaci\u00f3n de Dios en Jesucristo se aplica a todo el mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La cruz tambi\u00e9n trae justificaci\u00f3n. Los seres humanos que caen en pecado (Gen. 3: 1-7) deben caer al borde de la muerte. La raz\u00f3n es porque la paga del pecado es la muerte (Romanos 6:23). pero Dios en su promesa de dar salvaci\u00f3n a los hombres cumplidos a trav\u00e9s de Jesucristo a trav\u00e9s de su justificaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la gracia y el amor de Dios (Romanos 3:24). En las ense\u00f1anzas del ap\u00f3stol Pablo acerca de la redenci\u00f3n es realmente una manera de confirmar la verdad que, en Jes\u00fas, donde la salvaci\u00f3n es un resultado de una obra humana pero una obra mera divina que sale de la verdad de Dios que trae la salvaci\u00f3n a los pecadores. Los humanos son justificados en Jesucristo por la fe y la confianza. La verdadera fe y la confianza en Cristo ayudan a las personas a vivir con rectitud y honestidad ante Dios. La justificaci\u00f3n y la redenci\u00f3n son aquellas dadas por Dios mismo. Rendirse a Dios en Jesucristo hace que las personas vivan plena y completamente.
En la cruz tambi\u00e9n hay
redenci\u00f3n. La redenci\u00f3n significa ser liberado de la esclavitud, libre de la
esclavitud, reembolsar lo que se ha vendido con algo preciosa. La redenci\u00f3n
significa que hay liberaci\u00f3n de prisioneros en la guerra, pago de rescate para
sacar al sirviente de la c\u00e1rcel. Dios nos da a Cristo para que todos creamos
plenamente en su amor que solo encontramos en Cristo, un verdadero sacrificio
que trae justificaci\u00f3n, liberaci\u00f3n y redenci\u00f3n.\u00a0Todos hemos sido redimidos y liberados con la preciosa sangre de Cristo, con su vida noble. Cristo nos redimi\u00f3 gloriosamente. Que tambi\u00e9n lo glorifiquemos con nuestra noble vida y seamos fieles a la Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Easter celebration, the Catholic Church sees and celebrates the cross of Christ as evidence of the will of the Son of God who suffered for the salvation of humanity. The center of the cross is Jesus Christ, the Son of God who declares on his cross a great and unlimited power of forgiveness. The love that he receives from the Father is the same love that radiates to all humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In that love, we are all redeemed and saved. The one who died tragically could be able to save and embrace everyone. His death was the culmination of God’s work of salvation that was given to the fullest. In the Church, in the Credo prayer, we emphasize that Christ actually died on the cross on the hill of Golgotha; He was crucified, dead and buried. Christ sacrificed himself as a result of human sin. In this case Jesus Christ came as messenger of God, the Father became the savior of this world (1 John 4: 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The gap between God and man as a result of sin by His death on the cross was connected once again, the cross became the bridge of peace. The communion ruined by sin by the cross has been restored. The cross of Christ is a living sign of Christianity where humans have been reconciled to God, justified and redeemed by God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At least on the Cross, we find reconciliation, justification and redemption. We can make peace with God not primarily because we deserve to be reconciled with God, but because of the sacrifice of Christ that makes us worthy of having and living peace with God. In Christ, God reconciles the world to himself. Relationships that have been discouraged because of sin are restored. The atonement of God in Jesus Christ applies to the whole world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cross also brings justification. Human beings who fall into sin (Gen. 3: 1-7) must fall to the brink of death. The reason is because the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). but God in his promise to give salvation to men fulfilled that promise through Jesus Christ through his justification through the grace and love of God (Romans 3:24).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the teachings of the apostle Paul about redemption, it is really a way of confirming the truth that, in Jesus, where salvation is a result of a human work but a mere divine work that comes out of the truth of God that brings salvation to the sinners. Humans are justified in Jesus Christ by faith and trust. True faith and trust in Christ help people live righteously and honestly before God. Justification and redemption are those given by God himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Surrendering to God in Jesus Christ makes people live fully and completely. There is redemption also on the cross. Redemption means being freed from slavery, free from chain, reimbursing what has been sold with something precious. Redemption means that there is release of prisoners in the war, payment of ransom to get the servant out of prison. God gives us Christ so that we all believe fully in his love that we only find in Christ, a true sacrifice that brings justification, liberation and redemption. We have all been redeemed and freed with the precious blood of Christ, with his noble life. Christ redeemed us gloriously. May we also glorify him with our noble life and be faithful to the Cross.
