The Gospel we read today invites us to pay attention to the characters that appear in the presentation of Jesus in the temple: the child, his parents, an elder and the Holy Spirit. They go to the temple like the poor, how deep their reaction is of praise and salvation. The scene is Illuminated and moved by the Holy Spirit. Illuminate me Lord with your spirit.
A family begins with a dream, the dream of loving and being loved, the dream of sharing deeply, the dream of a life together, the dream of raising children.
The disciple puts these human longings in the Heart of God and discovers that they are also the dream of God’s happiness for humanity. The presence of Jesus Christ in our midst may widen the limits of our family and open it to the whole of humanity in a profound call to universal fraternity. Let’s celebrate tomorrow, Sunday, that yearning for a happy and united family in God.

El evangelio que leemos hoy invita a prestar atención a los personajes que aparecen en la presentación de Jesús en el templo: el niño, sus padres, un anciano y el Espíritu Santo. Acuden el templo como los pobres, su reacción es de alabanza y salvación. La escena esta Iluminada y movida por el Espíritu Santo. Ilumíname Señor con tu espíritu.
Una familia comienza por un sueño, el sueño de amar y ser amado, el sueño de compartir profundamente, el sueño de una vida juntos, el sueño de criar a los hijos.
El discípulo pone esos anhelos humanos en el Corazón de Dios y descubre que son También el sueño de la Felicidad de Dios para la humanidad. La presencia de Jesucristo en medio de nosotros ensancha los límites de nuestra familia y la abre a la humanidad entera en una profunda llamada a la fraternidad universal. Celebremos mañana, domingo, ese anhelo de familia feliz y unida en Dios.

Injil yang kita baca hari ini mengundang kita untuk memperhatikan karakter yang muncul dalam peristiwa Yesus dipersembahkan di bait Allah. Kesahajaan bayi Yesus dan orang tuanya, kepolosan para penatua yang menyambut mereka serta peran Roh Kudus yang membimbing dan mengarahkan. Kita juga menyaksikan bagaimana respon iman mereka atas pujian dan keselamatan. Adegan tersebut diterangi dan digerakkan oleh Roh Kudus. Kita juga minta agar Tuhan menerangi kita dengan Roh yang sama.
Saudara/i, sebuah keluarga dimulai dengan mimpi, impian untuk mencintai dan dicintai, impian untuk berbagi dalam kehidupan, impian untuk hidup bersama dalam damai, impian membesarkan anak-anak secara lebih serius dan bertanggung jawab.
Para murid menempatkan kerinduan manusia ini di dalam Hati Tuhan dan menemukan bahwa mereka juga merupakan impian kebahagiaan Allah bagi seluruh umat manusia. Kehadiran Yesus Kristus di tengah-tengah kita dapat memperluas batas-batas keluarga kita dan membuka batas-batas itu agar mampu merengkuh seluruh umat manusia dalam suatu panggilan yang mendalam menuju persaudaraan universal. Mari kita rayakan hari Minggu besok dengan semangat yang berkobar dan cinta yang kokoh dan teguh. Semoga. Amin.
